Responsibilities Research & analyze U.S. market conditions for imported South Asian & halal food products, including customer demand, competitor activity, pricing trends, and distribution opportunities. Gather & evaluate market data to determine product sales potential. Identify target customer segments, retail accounts, and wholesale distribution channels. Develop business relationships with suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to support expansion of product lines and market reach. Coordinate communications between overseas suppliers & U.S.-based distributors/customers regarding product availability, sales opportunities, and delivery logistics. Prepare reports & recommendations regarding product selection, market-entry opportunities, promotional strategy, and competitive positioning. Develop sales & promotional materials & assist management in implementing marketing strategies for ethnic/specialty food markets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Management, International Business, or related field. At least 24 months experience as Market Research Analyst, Marketing Specialist, or related occupation. Compensation Salary: $61,797 per year.
