- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of workstation hardware.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or above operating systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing a ladder and stooping.
- Flexibility to work hours between 7:00 AM & 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
- Technical certifications from workstation training programs such as CompTIA A+ and Network+.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience in customer service and technical support roles.
