Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Greenville is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to hospital leadership. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility by coordinating meetings, maintaining records, assisting with communications, and supporting daily administrative functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, reminders, room setup, and catering arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute communications.
- Provide administrative support through drafting emails, memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with invoice coding, expense reports, and other administrative accounting functions.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners.
- Coordinate office supply orders while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with corporate leadership and facility departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Previous administrative support experience preferred.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, or hospital experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
