Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current, active professional licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but new graduates or clinicians without prior school experience are also welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to the needs of young students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a PreK caseload (assignment details to be determined)
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school district and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate regularly with classroom staff, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Participate fully in school site activities and team meetings
• Assist in the onboarding and credentialing process as required by district procedures
