Role Overview
Apply your anatomy expertise to annotate hand and finger landmarks for advanced image and video datasets that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on precise visual analysis, protocol-based annotation, and quality review. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate hand and finger landmarks and keypoints using MediaPipe-style hand topology.
- Identify and mark the wrist, MCP, PIP, DIP, fingertips, and thumb-specific joints, including CMC, MCP, IP, and thumb tip.
- Place landmarks precisely in accordance with defined annotation protocols and tolerance thresholds.
- Infer and label partially occluded or visually challenging joints and landmarks across complex hand positions and object interactions.
- Interpret varied hand poses, orientations, and perspectives in image and video data to deliver consistent annotations.
- Review visual feedback, identify deviations from requirements, and make targeted corrections to maintain quality at scale.
Qualifications
- Current student in anatomy, medicine, physiotherapy, or a related discipline with strong anatomy knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail, visual reasoning, and image and video analysis skills.
- Ability to follow detailed protocols and guidelines consistently.
- Familiarity with annotation, hand topology, and quality assurance is relevant.

Compensation
