Growing restoration company is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales / Marketing Professional to join our team specializing in water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and emergency restoration services.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and commercial clients
Generate new business opportunities and referral partnerships
Manage and oversee marketing campaigns and brand awareness
Create strategic sales plans to increase company growth
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
Assist with customer retention and account management
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in water/fire/mold restoration, remediation industry
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of insurance claims process is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license required
