Interventional Cardiovascular Technologist Schedule This position follows a 4x10-hour shift, working four days a week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating days off. Call is required, approximately 7-8 shifts per month, including a full weekend. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Interventional Cardiovascular Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and will be responsible for performing a range of interventional procedures in a fast‑paced environment. Strong expertise in cardiovascular procedures and patient care is essential. Responsibilities Perform various interventional procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, and catheter exchange. Maintain a sterile environment during procedures to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Document procedures and patient information accurately in the charting system. Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff and students. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. ARRT certification or RCIS certification is required. A valid Maryland state license is required for candidates with ARRT certification. ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCIS certifications are preferred. Experience with McKesson charting system is preferred.
