Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering in-depth information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment approaches.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' personal goals and necessary interventions, continually assessing their progress and making adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients, participating in regular case consultations and treatment team updates.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community resilience among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when clients are in distress, ensuring immediate support and interventions are accessible.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all therapy sessions and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care processes.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions, those navigating chronic illnesses, and families in hospice care seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
