Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure client comfort and confidentiality.

• Performing in-depth assessments to evaluate client needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Providing crisis intervention, and offering resources and referrals to clients when emergencies arise.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other health professionals, to coordinate care for clients and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, participating in supervision sessions, and contributing to team meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a wide range of clients experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
