Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client's mental health needs, utilizing appropriate telehealth technologies to deliver both virtual and, when necessary, in-person behavioral health services.

• Document client interactions and progress systematically within our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.

• Provide culturally sensitive care, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds, identities, and values of each client to tailor interventions effectively.

• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with both clients and support staff, promoting a collaborative atmosphere that enhances therapeutic outcomes.

• Write comprehensive progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to facilitate continuity of care and align with clinical standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention practices, delivering timely support to clients in acute distress and facilitating access to additional resources when needed.

• Stay updated on the latest developments, research, and best practices in the field of mental health to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

This role primarily serves individuals seeking mental health support, particularly those undergoing treatment at our detox center. You will work closely with clients who face various challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
