Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate the client’s strengths, weaknesses, and challenges, ensuring comprehensive intake documentation is thorough and accurate.

• Implement specific therapeutic modalities to best address the individual needs and circumstances of each client.

• Develop personalized intervention strategies that facilitate clients in achieving their mental health and personal goals.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach to engage clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse patient population, which includes individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will be instrumental in fostering an environment that promotes emotional safety so clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Candidates must hold a current and valid LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside annual salary increases.
