This individual will help define and execute the Finance technology roadmap, manage business demand and investment priorities, and ensure technology initiatives are aligned with enterprise Finance objectives. The role combines executive stakeholder engagement, portfolio governance, and Finance transformation leadership within a complex manufacturing environment. Own the Finance technology roadmap, investment planning, and portfolio prioritization process Serve as the primary technology advisor and strategic partner to Finance leadership Drive enterprise Finance transformation initiatives with significant executive visibility and influence Shape the future direction of Finance systems, processes, and technology capabilities Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Procurement, and Controlling organizations Influence enterprise application strategy across Finance, ERP, reporting, and business process platforms Lead cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT, Architecture, Security, Data, and Operations teams Opportunity to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization and Finance technology initiatives Long-term career growth within a rapidly evolving organization Permanent direct-hire position with competitive compensation, bonus, and comprehensive benefits Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Finance technology strategy and multi-year roadmap Serve as the primary technology partner to Finance leadership Partner with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Procurement, and Controlling teams Own Finance application portfolio management, prioritization, budgeting, and planning Lead delivery, enhancement, and support of Finance technology platforms Drive optimization and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities Support ERP, reporting, procurement, and Finance modernization initiatives Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Integration, and Data teams Manage external vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers Ensure application stability, service performance, and governance compliance Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency Preferred Background Enterprise Finance technology leadership SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or support experience Finance transformation and modernization programs Manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments ERP implementation and optimization programs Financial systems strategy and governance Procurement and Source-to-Pay platforms (Ivalua experience is a plus) Digital transformation initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP systems, or business technology functions 3+ years of experience partnering directly with Finance organizations SAP S/4HANA Finance experience Experience developing technology roadmaps and application strategies Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr HireKraft - SAP Staffing.
