Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and workplace support within a professional office environment in Chicago, IL . This is an ideal contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating workplace services, and creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily office operations while supporting events, vendors, and workplace initiatives. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm.

What You'll Do

• Welcome employees, guests, and visitors while serving as the primary point of contact for the facility.
• Issue visitor and parking passes while following established security procedures.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail distribution, office supplies, onboarding activities, and maintenance requests.
• Create presentations and communicate information to individuals and groups.
• Arrange business, dining, and recreational reservations on behalf of employees.
• Organize and coordinate onsite meetings and events, including room setup, teardown, and supply management.
• Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services and support.
• Respond to employee and guest inquiries, resolving issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Follow emergency and security procedures to ensure a safe workplace environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
