Regional President – Luxury Residential Owner's Rep | Florida & Caribbean

Candidate Ideally in Miami/South Florida Area - Position is REMOTE

I’m working with a high-end owner’s representation firm on a Regional Principal opportunity overseeing the Florida & Caribbean region.

  • Senior leadership role with regional P&L + operational ownership
  • Focus on luxury residential projects ($20M–$150M+ hard costs)
  • Lead business development, client relationships, project delivery & team growth
  • Remote / Florida-based with significant presence across South Florida & the Caribbean
  • Looking for 15+ years across luxury residential, construction, architecture, development, or owner’s representation

Strong fit for a senior leader who combines client relationships, business development, project delivery, and team leadership.
