Chief of Staff

Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, the full-time Chief of Staff will coordinate key company initiatives, drive the OKR process, and establish the operating cadence of the leadership team while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Coordinate across all key company initiatives to ensure alignment, momentum, and accountability as a proxy to the CEO Drive the company's OKR process, partnering with leaders to define objectives, track progress, and report on outcomes Establish and manage the operating cadence of the leadership team, including executive meeting agendas and follow-through Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or a related Chief of Staff role Demonstrated cross-functional experience in areas such as engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, and people operations Proven track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution in a fast-paced environment Experience with goal-setting frameworks like OKRs, including tracking and reporting on measurable outcomes Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
