District Manager, Dermatology - Washington, Oregon, Alaska

AbbVie seeks a District Manager for dermatology sales across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. The role involves coordinating field teams, developing sales strategies, and managing performance to drive revenue growth in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field team activity to achieve sales targets and results in assigned geography
• Create, implement, and communicate District Sales Plan with regular progress monitoring
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance performance
• Lead market and franchise strategy discussions with internal partners in business planning
• Hold team members accountable to behaviors, expectations, and performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience
• Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance
• Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Eligible to obtain and maintain HCIR credentialing requirements for assigned territory
