We hire residents nearing completion of their program, fellows, and experienced psychiatrists to partner with us in achieving that mission. Benefits No nights, no weekends, no on‑call. We offer after‑hours urgent support to give you the lifestyle you need. Hybrid work schedule: the majority of our offices operate 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth. A four‑day work week is also possible. Evidence‑based measurement organization with outcomes consistent with 75% of patients experiencing clinically significant improvement within three months of treatment. Integrated care team with prescribers and therapists working collaboratively under one roof, supported by practice assistants and a full support team. Advanced treatment options such as TMS and Spravato available. Competitive base salary and quality outcomes bonus, no earnings cap. Additional compensation for APP supervision. Continuing medical education: four days off and up to $4,000 reimbursement per year. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match. Marketing support to book patient case load. Spacious, beautifully designed modern offices. Full administrative support. Requirements Active license in the state of Texas. Active DEA license and active controlled substance license in Texas.
