Driving the talent attraction strategy, the full-time remote Talent Attraction Partner will lead the evolution of the careers site, manage recruitment marketing activities, and enhance the candidate experience through various campaigns and events. Key responsibilities Lead the refresh of the careers site, focusing on content creation and design alignment with marketing Manage recruitment marketing activities, including campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and performance reporting Oversee recruitment events and student engagement strategies, ensuring effective coordination and tracking of ROI Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding with ownership of job postings and multi-channel campaigns Experience planning and executing recruitment events and managing student programs or early-career pipelines Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and recruitment marketing tools Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present insights to leadership Experience building and publishing content for career sites
