\n Position: Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO)\n
Location: Charlotte Area, North Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent \n Organization Overview\nThis opportunity is with a respected, rapidly growing healthcare organization serving communities across the greater Charlotte region. \n Position Summary\nThe organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient team in the Charlotte area.
\nThis full-time, permanent position offers an outpatient-focused practice with a balanced patient schedule and strong care coordination. Physicians will work alongside experienced primary care providers, advanced practice clinicians, and clinical support staff in a team-oriented environment.
\nBoth experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply !
\n Essential Responsibilities\n- \n

Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
\n - \n
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients
\n - \n
Promote preventive health and wellness through patient education
\n - \n
Collaborate with specialists and care teams for coordinated patient management
\n - \n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
\n - \n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
\n - \n
Deliver patient-centered care focused on long-term health outcomes
\n
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\nLicensure: Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligibility for North Carolina medical licensure
\nExperience: Prior outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome
