Kelly is seeking Team Leads in Flint, MI at a brand new manufacturing facility! (Must have previous leadership experience in warehouse/manufacturing)

Shift & Pay rates: 
3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs/10:30pm-7:00am/$22.00 Hr. (Overtime mandatory)

This job might be an outstanding fit if you are able to:

• Responsible for leading and directing a crew of employees.  
• Work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include:  Pack product of varying type, Unpack/Repackage product of varying type, Build product bundles of supplies, Build mailing packets, Box printing/labeling
• Log and track production documentation
• Ensure safety and quality standards at all times facilitate customer shipments.
• Ensure safety and quality standards at all times 
• Create reports, GMP, SOP, data entry
• Perform job duties in severe weather conditions: heat, cold, rain, etc., Walk for distances of 100 yards repeatedly and without assistance, Lift 75 pounds repeatedly and without assistance or equipment, Utilize all material handling equipment without assistance
• Must have High school diploma or GED
