We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions in Santa Barbara, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order details accurately, and handling a steady volume of phone-based communication. The role includes both customer support and administrative tasks, with training provided to help you succeed in the position.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and provide timely assistance with questions, requests, and service needs.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm information, or support ongoing service activities.
• Enter customer orders into internal systems with close attention to accuracy, completeness, and turnaround time.
• Maintain up-to-date records by inputting and reviewing customer and order information in company databases.
• Resolve routine service issues by gathering details, identifying solutions, and escalating more complex concerns when appropriate.
• Support day-to-day customer service operations by balancing phone communication with data entry and order-related tasks.• Previous experience in customer service or a related support role is preferred.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clear communication.
• Strong accuracy in order entry and data entry tasks.
• Comfortable using computer systems to document information and update records.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to learn through provided training and apply new processes effectively.
