ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tammy Dobrotin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Santa Barbara, CA.
• Our office is open 9am - 5:30pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1988.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• I am a third generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of San Diego State University.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Golden Triangle
