Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting clients with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with clients, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.

• Our office is open 9am - 5:30pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1988.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• I am a third generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of San Diego State University.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Golden Triangle
