ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tammy Dobrotin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Santa Barbara, CA.
• Our office is open 9am - 5:30pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1988.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• I am a third generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of San Diego State University.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Golden Triangle
