RN - Labor And Delivery at Swedish Issaquah Full‑time (36‑hour week) with 12‑hour nights. A $10,000 hiring bonus is available for eligible external candidates who meet all payment conditions. Overview As a dedicated RN on the Labor & Delivery unit, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world‑class care with a human touch, supporting mothers, babies, and families through each moment of birth. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire. National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire. Provider NRP certification (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire. At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $48.85–$89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
