Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and collect blood specimens following aseptic techniques
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions against EMR records
• Schedule appointments and coordinate collection timing with clinic workflows
• Document specimens with initials, dates, and times while maintaining collection logs
• Serve as liaison between patients, sales teams, and operations to resolve issues and maintain turnaround times

Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification or equivalent clinical laboratory experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
