We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support payment processing and customer account inquiries in Juno Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position combines front-line customer support with mail and payment operations, requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a service-focused mindset. The person in this role will help resolve routine issues, explain policies clearly, and ensure customer interactions and payment-related tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to routine customer questions involving accounts, billing matters, complaints, and general service requests through inbound and outbound communication.
• Communicate company guidelines and service information clearly while helping customers reach timely and appropriate resolutions.
• Record customer conversations, actions taken, and follow-up needs in the appropriate systems to maintain accurate service documentation.
• Recognize non-routine or higher-risk concerns and escalate them to the appropriate team for further review and resolution.
• Operate mail and payment processing equipment used to sort incoming envelopes and move materials to the next stage of handling.
• Use high-speed extraction and imaging machinery to open mail, remove contents, and capture documents needed for payment processing.
• Perform basic equipment checks and minor troubleshooting steps to minimize workflow interruptions during daily operations.
• Complete simple data entry, payment application, and correspondence routing tasks using company platforms and vendor software.
• Research straightforward payment and account items to support the correct handling of non-complex transactions and customer correspondence.
• Provide additional operational or customer support as needed, including assistance with claims-related inquiries, fraud awareness, or guidance for less experienced team members.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics support, payment processing, or a related operations environment.
• Ability to handle billing questions, complaints, and account-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computer systems, vendor applications, and data entry tools to document activity and complete basic research.
• Ability to work with mail extraction, sorting, imaging, or other processing equipment in an onsite setting.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Solid attention to detail, sound judgment, and a consistent approach to following company procedures and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting customer satisfaction, revenue protection, and operational accuracy.
