Senior Engagement Manager

To support transformational philanthropy efforts, the full-time Senior Engagement Manager will manage a portfolio of prospective donors, focusing on qualification and next moves management, while working remotely to ensure a disciplined and data-informed pipeline for Directors of Transformational Philanthropy. Key responsibilities Qualify prospective Transformational Gift donors through proactive outreach and data-informed strategies Maintain accurate CRM records and provide actionable insights to inform portfolio strategy and fundraising growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective engagement strategies and seamless handoffs of qualified prospects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in fundraising, prospect development, or donor qualification within a nonprofit environment Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with strong data management skills Experience supporting major gift programs and understanding donor lifecycle and pipeline management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects and build trust with internal stakeholders
