What You Will Do Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional, and discreet manner Manage front desk sign-in/out processes for visitors and vendors Answer and direct incoming phone calls Notify residents and staff of arriving guests, packages, and deliveries Assist with resident requests and coordinate with appropriate departments as needed Provide information to prospective residents and visitors Support the Lifestyles team with event reservations, fee collection, and recordkeeping Maintain and update resident information databases and distribute directories Perform general clerical and administrative duties Support other departments to ensure high-quality resident service Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required Experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Friendly, courteous, and service-driven mindset Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted Schedule Part-Time Hours Evenings and Weekends required Additional Information All candidates must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and pre-employment requirements.
