Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Operations Drive branch revenue growth and overall market performance. Lead business development and client expansion efforts. Manage branch operations, productivity, budgeting, and performance metrics. Execute operational best practices and strategic initiatives. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top recruiting and sales talent. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Develop future leaders through coaching and performance management. Lead by example with strong communication and accountability. Client & Market Management Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify market trends and growth opportunities. Partner across teams to maximize business opportunities and customer success. Resolve client, candidate, and internal challenges professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 2+ years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
