Entry Level Loan Officer Assistant – $100K–$250K+ | Training + Leads Provided

We are hiring motivated individuals to become Mortgage Loan Officers and build a career in high-income mortgage sales , including refinance and purchase loans .

No prior mortgage experience required.

If you have sales ability, strong communication skills, and the drive to perform & We provide the system, training, and lead flow to help you succeed as a Loan Officer .

What You’ll Do

Learn to operate as a Mortgage Loan Officer
Handle inbound and outbound mortgage sales calls
Convert leads into applications for refinance and purchase loans
Build and manage a pipeline from contact to close
Develop objection-handling and closing skills
