Vendor Fee: $5000 Client: CoreCivic **Note: Only US Citizen or GC Holder Eligible Job Title: Licensed Psychologist Location: Watonga, OK Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year Relocation: Full package provided Signing Bonus: Negotiable Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dedicated clinical team providing comprehensive mental health services within a secure correctional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated treatment. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and functioning. Make regular rounds in segregation and other housing areas to assess mental health and adjustment. Deliver individual counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services. Provide expert consultation to clinical and non-clinical staff regarding behavioral or psychological issues. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and facility standards. Qualifications Must-Haves: Active Oklahoma Psychologist License (or eligibility to obtain one). Minimum 2 years of clinical psychology experience (school psychology experience not accepted). Ability and willingness to work onsite in Watonga, OK . Preferred: Experience in correctional, forensic, or behavioral health settings. Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed.
