What You'll Do: Deliver compassionate inpatient pediatric and newborn care Provide care at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and rotate through Banner Del Webb, Banner Estrella, and Banner University Medical Center Work predictable 12‑hour day shifts (7 AM-7 PM) with only 182 shifts per year.
