Harmer has partnered with a PE-backed industrial company seeking to hire for position of Senior FP&A Analyst . Location: Houston, TX (Out-of-State candidates will NOT be considered) Work Model: Onsite Qualifications: 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience Sharp analytical skills Advanced Excel, Power BI, Hyperion and/or Adaptive experience Proven ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis Desire for individual who has self‑initiative, is committed, and ability to promote within 2 years. Must be willing to initially work 60+ hours per week in a fast‑paced environment in the near‑term until processes are established and implementation of improvements.
