Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and recommend adjustments to physicians and staff as needed
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans
• Provide therapeutic care for individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders
• Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore function

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to relocate to a rural area

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy and rehabilitation expertise
• Patient assessment and treatment evaluation
• Therapeutic procedure implementation
• Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Knowledge of neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
