• Submitted candidates must be willing to relocate to a rural area.

What You'll Need:

• Qualified candidate will possess a current Colorado Physical Therapy license.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification.

What You'll Do:

• Observe and evaluate treatment effect and recommends treatment changes to physician and/or other staff as needed.
• Performs appropriate assessments on patients.
• Provide care to individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders.
• Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve and restore functions.
