As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff. ADON Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing in the day-to-day operations of the nursing department Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and training as needed Develop and implement policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and objectives Analyze and report on nursing statistics and performance indicators Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care ADON Requirements: 2 years of experience in skilled nursing Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
