The ideal Automotive Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator is friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers, employees, and dealership management. As our Dealership Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator , you will help ensure every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include: Greet customers, guests, and visitors entering the dealership Serve as the first point of contact for dealership customers Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls Assist customers with questions and general dealership needs Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Service, Parts, or Management Department Provide friendly and professional customer service Help manage the dealership's front desk and reception area Support dealership departments with administrative and customer service needs Communicate professionally with customers and dealership employees Assist with customer inquiries and general dealership information Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Help create a positive customer experience throughout the dealership Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed Candidates with experience as a: Customer Experience Coordinator Customer Service Representative Automotive Customer Service Representative Front Desk Receptionist Front Desk Coordinator Client Relations Representative Guest Services Representative Administrative Assistant Call Center Representative Hospitality Representative are encouraged to apply.
