Bilingual Housing Stability Case Manager
RiseBoro Community Partnership
RiseBoro Community Partnership seeks a housing stability advocate to coordinate services and execute individualized service plans for participants at risk of homelessness. You will work with clients, families and staff to establish concrete goals and action steps that address immediate housing crises and underlying causes.
