Location: Cheyenne, WY  
Pay Rate: $17 - $26 per hour (Depending on experience)  
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy your evenings and weekends free!)

About the Role

As an Landscape Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining attractive, safe, and well-kept commercial and residential properties throughout the Cheyenne area. Daily responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, debris removal, watering, and general landscape maintenance.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, seeing the results of their hard work, and helping create properties that stand out.

No prior landscaping experience is required—we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape Maintenance: Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns, landscape beds, and outdoor common areas.
• Property Appearance: Remove weeds, litter, leaves, and other debris to keep properties looking their best.
• Plant Care: Water and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape features as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Team Support: Assist with additional landscaping projects and property improvement tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining attendance standards.
• Outdoor Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Experience: Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Background Check: Must consent to a background check following the prescreening and interview process
