Location 23535 Michigan Avenue,Dearborn, MI, 48124,United States Base Pay $18.00 / Hour Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Description The Remote Service Appointment Coordinator Assistant supports the Remote Experiences Manager in coordinating the dealership's Mobile Service and Remote Customer Experience operations. This position helps manage daily scheduling, customer communication, vehicle pickup and delivery, service follow-up, documentation, and administrative tasks. This is not a remote position this In-House at the dealership The Assistant helps keep daily operations organized and running smoothly by monitoring schedules and assigned activities, communicating with customers and dealership departments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with outside service providers. The position also helps identify and elevate customer, technical, or operational concerns to the Remote Experiences Manager or appropriate department leader. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Daily Operational Support Assist with monitoring mobile sales activity, PDL traffic, and BDC activity. Help maintain coverage of the BDC desk and related customer communication channels as directed. Monitor the daily schedule for Mobile Service appointments, vehicle pickups, deliveries, and technician assignments. Assist the Remote Experiences Manager in keeping daily operations organized and on schedule. Communicate scheduling changes, delays, and operational concerns to the appropriate team members. Summary The Remote Service Appointment Coordinator Assistant supports the Remote Experiences Manager in coordinating Village Ford's Mobile Service. This position helps keep daily activities running smoothly by coordinating service appointments, vehicle pickups and deliveries, technician schedules, customer communication, and follow-up activities.
