Key Qualifications: Active and unrestricted RN license Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to support students with complex medical needs CPR and First Aid certification Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit Reliable, compassionate, and able to remain calm in dynamic situations Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care to a student with medical fragilities during school hours and potentially during bus transportation Monitor and respond to the students health needs, including medication administration, emergency interventions, and routine care Collaborate with educational staff and the students care team to promote a safe and inclusive environment Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any medical incidents Participate in team meetings and communicate clearly with families regarding care plans This full-time contract role offers a chance to focus on one student's well-being, forming connections and witnessing positive outcomes each day.
