Key Qualifications:

• Current CNA license (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Experience providing direct care, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of medical protocols and emergency procedures
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication with students, families, and staff
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable attendance and commitment to a full-time schedule

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated, 1:1 support for a student with medical fragilities during the school day
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any medical needs or emergencies
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and other activities of daily living as needed
• Document care and communicate effectively with teachers, school nurses, and family members
• Support the student in participating fully in classroom and school activities
• Uphold a safe, nurturing environment aligned with school policies
