We are searching for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily customer interactions and service operations. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Provide accurate information regarding services and procedures
- Resolve basic customer concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain updated customer records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Follow company policies to ensure service consistency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused, reliable, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
