Proposal Coordinator

Seeking a full-time Proposal Coordinator to manage the development and submission of high-quality proposals for state departments of education, working remotely with occasional visits to the Arlington, VA office. Key responsibilities Identify relevant bids and develop proposal production plans, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements Coordinate and lead cross-functional proposal teams from initiation through contract award, assigning roles and responsibilities Conduct quality control reviews of proposals and oversee the final production and submission process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, Public Administration, Social Science, or a related field, along with 3+ years of proposal-related experience Proven experience in standardized proposal development processes and familiarity with various solicitation sites Advanced technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional Experience with federal, state/local government, or foundation clients, preferably in education or health and wellness sectors Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively
