Proposal Coordinator

This is a position within a small proposal team, with a focus on state and local government proposals. Proven ability to be a self starter with the ability to carefully analyze requirements to support the creation of compliant and complete proposals. This position requires coordination capability, appropriate use of AI, the ability to work with technical staff, contracts, and management, and willingness to take responsibility for the process and the product. Primary Requirements Self starter and quick learner Coordinating and finalizing all forms for proposals Expert use of Word and Adobe Pulling and tailoring resumes, experience write ups, and other proposal sections, as directed Finalizing the proposal, with responsibility for the format andand submitting the proposal on time.
