Universal Banker Full Time – 8810 All Emp, Cedar Knolls, NJ, US Salary Range: $57,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually Affinity FCU is seeking an experienced, results-oriented and member-focused individual to join our branch team at Cedar Knolls, NJ. The starting salary range for a new hire in this role is $57k-$60k, with final compensation dependent on qualifying factors including experience and education. Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional member experience, build and deepen relationships, and help consumer and small business members succeed financially. Engage members in conversation to understand needs and determine appropriate products, services, and digital options to simplify banking and improve financial wellbeing. Open new accounts, enroll members in digital solutions at initial consultation, process applications, resolve complex member issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Promote self-service options and stay current with evolving consumer trends; adapt to new or non-traditional environments; support Affinity’s objectives and community engagement. Qualifications 3–5 years banking experience in a platform role is required. Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is desired. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability in sales. Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful but not required.
