About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the consumer products industry with a strong international presence and continued investment in growth. They are expanding their Treasury organization and seeking a high-potential leader to build and grow their Capital Markets & Liquidity Risk function.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape Treasury strategy, partner with executive leadership, and grow into future Assistant Treasurer responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead long-term global liquidity forecasting and cash flow planning
• Support debt issuance, refinancing, and capital structure initiatives
• Manage banking relationships and global credit facilities
• Develop funding strategies aligned with long-term business growth
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and liquidity forecasts
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations
• Support foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risk strategies
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for executive leadership
• Help build and grow the Capital Markets organization

What We're Looking For

• 8-12+ years of Treasury, Capital Markets, or Liquidity Management experience
• Experience with debt financing, credit facilities, or capital markets
• Strong financial modeling and long-range forecasting experience
• Experience partnering with senior finance leadership
• Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Oracle EPM or other long-range forecasting platforms
• Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, SAP Treasury, Oracle Treasury, etc.)
• Consumer products, beverage, food manufacturing, or other global organizations
• MBA, CFA, or CTP
