Job Description
Travel PACU RN is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Michigan. MI licnese is required at submission. 2 years of experience is required. Shifts are 12 hour days, that could start at 7am up to 10:30 am and 7:30 pm to 11pm. On Call Requirements: 3-6 Call shifts per month. ED experience is preferred. BLS is required. Unit Description
(30%)* Regularly assesses patient's/client's needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by
the physician authorized plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice.
(30%)* Provides direct resident care, including medication administration, treatments, call lights, assisting
with transfers, responding to alarms, etc.
(20%)* Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and makes suggestions or participates in
updating/revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current information
to improve patient care.
(10%)* Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician ordered care accurately, completely
and in a timely manner.
(10%)* Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.
