Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will work onsite in a collaborative rehabilitation facility, where teamwork and communication are paramount. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, interpreting examination findings to assess their unique needs and defining their rehabilitation goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's age, medical history, and specific dysfunctions, guiding them through restorative exercises and activities.
• Document patient progress meticulously, complying with all regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• Provide ongoing feedback and communication with supervisors and team members about patient progress, problems, and adjustments needed to their care plans.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing daily records to ensure seamless operations within the clinic.
• Educate and instruct family members or nursing staff about follow-up care, ensuring proper implementation of treatment protocols at home.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, ensuring that all rehabilitation equipment is in good working order.
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and comply with all applicable laws and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as those suffering from chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse clientele includes individuals of all ages, and you will be instrumental in developing customized therapy programs that respect each person's unique needs and limitations. The clinic focuses on fostering a supportive environment that empowers patients in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice physical therapy in California is required.
• Completion of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is essential for practice.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of two years) specifically in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background in assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
• Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based exercise programs for varied patient populations.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on patient education and team collaboration.
• Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package that includes:
